Meeting Location About Our Monthly Meetings

We meet the first Saturday of every month, 7:30pm, at:

Maryvale Church of the Nazarene
3201 N. 51st Ave
Phoenix, AZ.

Socializing begins around 7PM. We are finished before 10PM.

Guest Speakers - Local, national, and international aviculturists who give informative and entertaining lectures.

Library - The Lending Library contains books, magazines, pamphlets and videos. These items may be checked out free of charge by members.

Monthly Newsletter - A newsletter containing articles written by members, as well as articles from other sources; along with information about club functions and events.

Nest Finders - A bulletin board listing birds and bird related items for sale or trade. This is also published in the 'Psitta-Scene' (club newsletter) and on-line (free to members).

Drawing Table - A fund raiser for the club, usually with many items on the table, donated by the club, its members, and many businesses.

Share Time - Part of the general meeting, where members 'share' their bird related experiences, successes AND failures of any management techniques or changes.

Potluck Dinners - From time to time, throughout the year, we have potluck dinner meetings, which are enjoyed by all.

Field Trips - Several trips are planned per year, plus an annual outing at the Wildlife World Zoo (complimentary entrance, for the day) with potluck dinner.
